1.The Key Account Director will own and execute company’s strategy with the customer in China and additional markets according to the OEMs global strategy. 2.Having responsibility for sales resources and development of the sales force dedicated to the area of responsibility (customer or customer group). 3.Develops a “living” and “actionable” strategic plan and goals specific to the customer in China as part of the global overall customer strategy. Specifically, the identification of strategic / business opportunities to consolidate the relationship and grow company market share in China. 4.Leads acquisitions of local business in China as part of the KAE organization and aligned with the global customer strategy.
1. Minimum 7-9 years professional experience, preferably in the automotive sector. 2. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred. 3. Fluent in English (spoken and written). 4. Local Business person with strong entrepreneurial thinking 5. Strong knowledge of regional structures / customer insight but also global view for overall account strategy
