Responsibilities: 1. Internal and external contact person for the hardware components 2. Creating task packages for the conception and realization of the component and monitoring the component until SOP 3. Coordinating internal and external interfaces 4. Performing the hardware approvals 5. Coordinating and monitoring the dates, costs, degree of performance and the project-resources of the hardware activities 6. Regular reporting of the progress of the hardware activities to be performed and the work results to be met to the project-management 7. Coordination of projects with EEBD regarding test requirements 8. Support in definition of requirements 9. Assistance in troubleshooting and corrective action 10. Testing and measuring support for mechatronic systems 11. Customer support regarding hardware testing 12. Support of supervisor in resource planning and resource monitoring 13. Support of project quality supervisor 14. Compliance with the EEBD development processes
Requirements: 1. Familiar with Mechatronic projects, electrical design, high voltage training 2. Bachelor dgree or above, major in electronics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics 3. English: Advanced level listening, speaking, reading and writing skills 4. Knowledge of the implementation, organization of the project and economic contexts 5. Detailed knowledge of the application and of the technical scope of the product/system to be developed 6. Knowledge of methods and tools of project management 7. Communication skills, moderation skills 8. Knowledge of functional safety and the relevant norms and laws 9. Knowledge in mechatronic system, especially power electronic systems 10. Knowledge in working under high voltage environment 11. Resource planning and monitoring 12. Working in team, supporting & implementing team decision 13. Learning by doing and continuous improvement, working on new projects or assignments 14. Active in communication and networking 15. Readiness for extended business trips
