1. Knowledge in electronics or mechatronics and automotive systems 2. Experience in electronics or mechatronics development 3. Project management experience 4. Resource planning and monitoring 5. Working in team, supporting & implementing team decision 6. Learning by doing and continuous improvement, working on new projects or assignments 7. At least 3 years working experience 8. Fluent English in spoken and written, German language knowledge advantageous 9. Strong communication and coordination skills 10. Project management procedures experience and able to integrate himself/herself in international project teams 11. Advanced PC skills (MS Office package) 12. Active in communication, building of internal and external network 13. Good analytical and problem solving skills 14. Good presentation and communication skills
