1. Ensure Data Center Operation meeting the company business requirements. 2. Ensure that APAC DC facilities are operating properly; monitor data center system’s health status including UPS, Air Condition, Power Supply, and Physical Security. 3. Monitor data backup status; Coordinate level 2 or Level 3 support. 4. Ensure documentations and reports are properly prepared and recorded. 5. Access control management is adhere to IT Security policy. 6. Implement new requirement and solutions for the data center align with IT standard policy; 7. Ensure data center availability meeting the company data center service level conditions; 8. Works with Global Team in regards to performing online and batch operations; 9. Ensure data center operation are meeting Audit &compliant needs; 10. Ensure the training of new IT employees 11. Infill the Role Operational Change Manager 12. Organize Change Advisory Boards 13. Support the regional Continuity Manager to ensure the Continuity Management processes; 14. Execute internal DC Audits with the global DC Operations team.
1. Minimum 3 years Data Center Operations experience supporting IT in a Mutli Mational Company(MNC) Environment 2. Good Customer Oriented Services and Inter-personal skills 3. University degree with major in Information Technology or related discipline 4. Fluent spoken and written English 5. Familiar with Microsoft Office Products, Exchange 2010, Windows XP & Windows 7, MS-Office & VMWare. 6. Familiar with MS Windows Server 2003~2008 R2; 7. Knowledge of Tape backup , NetApps and Data Domain will be an advantage. 8. ITIL Processes;
