职位介绍

1.	Maintain existing business and Develop new potential customer and business. Closely communicating with customers to ensure that company gets the earliest and most accurate information, building and improving relationship with customers to enhance company’s image.
2.	Key account management.
3.	Work closely with cross functional teams to set up and execute the business plan.
4.	Be fully knowledgeable of product application and be able to deliver on-site services to customers in time. Keep learning new commercial and technical knowledge.
5.	Preparing for and leading bidding process, project management kicking off
6.	Negotiating with customer for T&C.
7.	Preparing for and leading contract process
8.	Good forecast and order management,
9.	Dealing with customer requirement and managing customer perception.
10.	Ensure on time payment from customers.
11.	Keep sustainable NR level
12.	Hold seminar and event to maintain and improve the relationship with Customers.
13.	Regular report to account manager, good filing,
14.	Good internal communication

职位要求

1. Bachelor of engineering or commercial,Automotive Engineering relevant or Engine Engineering relevant, or MBA
2. Familiar with automotive product developing  process like APQP and PPAP
3. Understands Chinese Market and Chinese/JV OEMs.
4. 10 or above years’ work experience in automotive industry 
5. At least 5 year sales management experience in automotive industry area related commercial work.
