Key Responsibility: 1. Work with internal departments and OEM´s on calibrations issues for 6-speed, 8-speed and 9-speed applications. 2. Execute all calibration activities including adapting, modifying and optimization of systems and components of the transmission for different projects. Calibration of shift-quality and shift-strategy within the scope of the project. 3. Follow the guidelines and specifications established by division R&D. 4. Support of the specification, development and startup of the vehicle 5. Adaption of diagnosis data, testing and documentation of new functions in vehicles and/or testing labs.
Basic Requirements: • Bachelor or above degree in automotive engineering • Good Bilingual (Chinese and English) • Good communication and interpersonal skills • 3+ year related work experiences • Be familiar with calibration hardware and software • Ability to travel 30% of time
