职位介绍

•	Strategic global sourcing
	Work with procurement counterparts to search and locate qualified potential suppliers
	Prepare/Issue/Follow respective RFQ for Truck/Bus chassis components 
	Price and commercial terms negotiation with potential suppliers to meet sourcing targets
	Work with CMT (Category Management Team) to build sourcing strategy on respective commodities
	Develop and manage Asian supplier database in chassis segment

•	Supply Chain management
	Work with Supply-chain team to monitor and manage Asian suppliers’ delivery performance
	Risk management and trouble-shooting for any unanticipated logistics/capacity/delivery issues with Asian suppliers
	Handle all commercial aspects with Asian suppliers including driving cost savings goals, negotiating, building positive relationships and resolving open issues

•	Program management
	Lead matrix team to implement new awarded projects per program schedule
	Strictly timing management on program critical path for timely delivery
	Collaborate with each functional team member to fulfill program tasks within project timeline
	Help the communication between suppliers and inside/external customers 

•	Routine Job 
	Accept purchasing job assignments not limited on chassis components sourcing
	Follow routine jobs requested by purchasing team or company regulation
