Key Responsibilities 1. Serve as an experienced member of the in-house team 2. Draft and review contracts and relevant legal documents for CHC and ZFCN 3. Provide legal support by advising on a broad range of legal issues relating to purchasing & supplier contracts, corporate and M&A related matters, leasing, commercial, etc. 4. Legal & Compliance training 5. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the general counsel
Basic Requirements： Working experience：Around 5-8 years of MNC in-house or top law firm experience, ideally combining both in-house and law firm experience. Experience in the manufacturing industry especially automobile industry is nice to have Education：Obtained LLB or LLM from top foreign or Chinese Law Schools, oversea education background is a plus English：Top Legal English communication both in oral and written form
