Description：
Lead Division finance teams, including FP&A team, Sales Operations team, JV FP&A and Corporate Account Finance (CAF) resource, and other finance resource supporting the Division. Provides leadership to the division credit and collection team (4 resources) through dotted line relationship. 
Accountable for the following aspects of Division financial performance.
1. Accountable for Division P&L performance; meet division P&L forecast and plan.
2. Accountable for Division working capital performance, meet defined working capital target including DSO, DOH. 
3. Accountable for Division capex performance, meet defined capex target, monitor capex spending and reponsbile for capex return.
4. Accountable for other key perfomrance indicators, to drive desired divsion operation results. 
Accountable for internal control and compliace for the division.
1. Accountable for Division FCPA process and results.
2. Accountable for Division process compliant with internal control policy.
3. As a lead contact of the region Division, to support execution of company accounting and other policies.
Responsbile for Division forecast and plan process.
