- Partner with business leaders to assess current needs and effective solutions to close performance gaps utilizing both training and performance support initiatives;
- Design, develop, and implement learning programs that meet current and future business need, leveraging learning technologies and instructional design experience;
- Deliver the training courses with business requirement;
- Identify and report on learning metrics to show outcomes achieved;
- Partner with colleagues in other regions to share best practices and build consistency where appropriate;
- Assist in the selection and coordination of the use of external suppliers for learning and development needs as required.
职位要求
Minimum 5 years' training experience in healthcare industry with outstanding performance including instructional strategy and design experience;
Large scale global implementation experience;
Experience facilitating and presenting to a large/diverse audience (in person & virtually);
Project Management skills with a focus on detailed execution;
Good team player with creativity and Innovation;
Fluent communication in English.
