职位介绍
- Establish systematic recruitment report to show overall hiring status, warn key issues and provide suggestions for talent acquisition team
- Set up data quality standard and monitor regularly
- Develop and maintain relationships with key employment agencies, placement firms, job boards, social media providers and other sources of applications
- Lead whole process of vendor bidding, selection review and evaluation process
- Create and submit reportorial data based on recruitment status, sourcing effectiveness and other reports committed and required by the hiring organization
职位要求
- Bachelor degree with 6+ years of related talent acquisition experience
- Good data savvy and ability to interpret Talent Acquisition data and translate into an advice and business case
- Have deep understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior based interviewing and closing
- Strong affinity and interest in TA technology and process management
- Strong data analysis and PPT skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
