- Manage full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, facilitation of interviews and offering
- Design recruitment strategy and provide thoughtful leadership to address talent acquisition challenges and improvement needs
职位要求
- Sound education background, bachelor degree is min. requirement, master degree is a plus
- 8+ years of solid recruitment experience gaining from Manufactory, Date Science, Cloud and related industry /or recruitment agency
- Familiar with financial management/services industry market
- Familiar with LinkedIn and other channel recruiting
- Fluent in English (must have) and Mandarin
- Entrepreneurial drive, pragmatic, result driven, people & team mind-set, passionate
