- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
- Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
- Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
- Follow global operations, contributing to define and implement the HR excellence plan in order to match business objectives
职位要求
- Bachelor degree with 10+ years of professional HR experience, ideally from high-tech, fin-tech, hardware or financial service oriented industry
- Well equipped with multi-countries operation experience, and cross HR working to create standard globally and create full alignment
- Stakeholder management and relationship building
- Professional advisory skills and business acumen
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
