- Ensure the management of HR Operations in China and global regions; - Ensure and responsible for payroll operation compliance according to each countries laws, regulations and internal process and procedures; - Build up and improve payroll operation policy and process according to global guidance; - Monitor and manage the regional operation cost and labor cost, including budget review, regular operation cost review; - Work closely with C&B team in design and implement regional compensation & benefit process review, system related projects; - Be the owner of payroll suppliers, manage and review the supplier performance to meet company requirement, drive the supplier bench mark study and best practice implementation in the company; - Communicate actively with HR team and other key stakeholders to review cross-department impact and implement best-practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, minimum of 8-10 years of C&B implementation, payroll & benefits operation; - Experience in compensation implementation, payroll or benefits operations, managing both in house and outsource operation process and understand with different system and market practice; - Fluent communication with oral and written English and Chinese.
