- Create impactful ideas and campaigns to bring global employer brand to talent acquisition and retention
- Strategize, implement, and measure social marketing campaigns across all relevant online channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, WeChat, TikTok, Zhihu and etc.
- Identify, access and leverage social media and networking groups to target diverse and potential talents
- Produce social content from scratch, including text, images or videos
- Refresh global employer branding on timely basis and empower recruiters to better attract candidates
- Report on campaigns and evaluate campaign performances to determine success and areas of growth
- Lead HQ branding and align on regional directions and programs
职位要求
- Bachelor degree with 3+ years of employer branding experience and 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, publishing, editorial or creative required
- Experience in financial-tech or high-tech industry is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationship, able to make positive influence
- Must be a strong writer with experience in social articles writing and editing with great attention to details
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Outstanding presentation & PPT skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin both in Oral and Writing
