*Assist in the preparation of documents (PowerPoint, word, excel) and as required take meeting minutes and follow-up to ensure close of action items. *Manage the managers’ travel Budget including monthly approval process. Responsible for making travel arrangements including booking flights, reserving hotels, registering for meetings and seminars, and car rentals. Also responsible for negotiating annual contracts with travel partners and suppliers. *Setup, coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences including global dial in and web meetings. Manage the managers’ calendar and schedule meetings at times that work best. Also responsible for reminders of upcoming meeting dates with time and location. *Ability to deal effectively with a matrix multinational company and culturally diverse population. *Highly motivated, results driven, with the ability to demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills. *Ability to embrace and promote change in a fast-paced environment.
· 5 years working experience, Excellent verbal & written communication/correspondence in English & Chinese · Proficient MS Office software literacy (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.) · Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in fast growing/changing environment · Professional self-starter, team work spirit, multi-tasks ability, well organized, quick learner · Ability to effectively implement administrative activities
