Lead a variety of HR programs & activities to the designated business units at the Campus • Manage overall daily HR services in the designated business units; • Provide advice/assistance to BU operations managers in implementing HR policies and procedures; • Recruit candidates to fill in job vacancies timely in response to the business requirement; • Prepare & publish on-board announcement of new staff, and make sure all new staff receive an effective orientation; • Work closely with BU operation managers in identifying employees training needs, developing training program particularly to those key staff; talent retention; • Support regular HR activities such as performance appraisal, merit increase; • Work with hiring managers to develop orientation program for new staff and supervising the progress accordingly; • Handle Employee Relations in compliance with labor law and Company regulations; • Global or local reporting as requested;
• College degree or above in Human Resources Management or related; • Knowledge of appropriate employment legislation & local employment regulation; • High degree of integrity and maturity coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills; • Self-motivation and the ability to work on his/her own initiative; • The ability to work with personnel from all levels; • Good mastery of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc • Fluent English, written and oral • Good team work spirit
