Promotion Strategy
•	Develop solution communication strategy and guideline to APAC countries. Supervise and validate APAC marketing communication plan and ensure it aligned with  Group strategy and guidance.
•	internal: Group Branding team, APAC marketing and sales team
Solution Creative
•	Strong ablility on graphic design, able to create and design solution content. Work with external creative firms on promotion projects as necessary. Parallely to start building marketing relavent tools and database.
•	external: creative firm
Team Collaboration and Support
•	Secure coordination and interface with Group Branding team and Regional MSCC Marcom team. Build close relationships with marketing teams cross APAC countries. Support on promotion tools development to Marketing teams in APAC countries. 
•	internal: Group Branding team, Regional MSCC Marcom team, APAC marketing and sales team

职位要求

Job requirements 
•	University degree in technical field or comparable education
•	5-10 years of proved active marketing communication experience in an international company

Competencies
•	Ability to manage, coordinate and execute innovative ideas to support business/promotion needs. In-depth experience in understanding customers’ preferences. Strong project management skills. Team player. 
•	Ownership, Creative, Communication skills
•	Fluent English and Mandarin
