- Support the organization, top management to manage the organization change including but not limited to key stakeholder negotiation, organization structure design, job redesign, change plan and staff resistance management - Develop program / scheme to identify and discover the talent and high potentials of the organization and follow up the development through process, tools and actions - Design and propose tools for the talent development program and lead the implementation of the talent development program of the Corporate - Support the organization to propose and implement initiatives for company culture building
- Bachelor degree with at least 8 years working experience in talent and organization development and experience in MNC FMCG is preferred - Good knowledge in change management, organization behavior, business administration and project management - Have relevant experience with proven successful track record of designing and implementing talent development programs - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills - Demonstrated project management skills - Mature, hands-on, logical thinking, highly flexibility and sensitive acumen of business
