 Manage the development of families of power supplies utilizing existing platforms and upgrading circuit blocks from specification to commercial release. Develop custom and modified versions as opportunities arise.
• Design and analyze the circuits and components used to create new product(s).
• Support the electromechanical design activities required to meet size, DFM and thermal requirements 
• Drive the project activity to meet the goals for cost, performance and timing of new families and individual products.
• Integrate new technology blocks for use in products.
• Lead engineering analysis and troubleshooting of EMI, EMC and reliability needs.
• Lead creation of documentation for prototype and commercialization of new model(s). 
• Prepare algorithms and tools to speed design of families of power converters.
• Participate in key design reviews of own and team member designs. 
• Work with outside resources required to expedite, simplify, validate and improve new families and individual models.
• Perform other duties required.
