1.Develop and implement the company's global remuneration and rewards strategy in line with the overall business and HR strategies Rewards policies and process; 2.Lead the development, implementation and communication of new remuneration, benefits and recognition strategies, programs, policies, processes and tools in consultation with key stakeholders; 3.Liaise with leadership to formulate, design and implement programs, policies and practices, to ensure rewards programs are effective, competitive and aligned with business requirements; 4.Manage the annual remuneration review, Short Term Incentive, and Long Term Incentive processes for company globally; 5.Manage and monitor the employee benefits and welfare programs; 6.Liaise with external consultants and industry colleagues to monitor competitive remuneration trends.
1. Bachelor degree with at least 10 years working experience in C&B Functions, semiconductor manufacturing background is a plus; 2. Have relevant experience with proven successful track record of designing and implementing C&B programs and HR systems, familiar with SAP is a plus; 3. Demonstrated project management skills; 4. Familiar with labor law and regulations; 5. Mature, hands-on, logical thinking, highly flexibility and sensitive acumen of business.
