Oversee the Aisa wide operations Engineering teams; Optimize and standardize all processes
Lead regional wide Maintenance & Engineering related projects including equipment optimization; up time improvement; cost reduction; New equipment introduction; Working towards improving sites safety, efficiency, and optimizing processes
Work as the focal contact with global engineering team; Timely bring back the corporate new plans/programs/projects
Systematize and standardize the maintenance process and procedure to align and meet the audit/QS/ISO requirement;
Oversee Capital% (actual vs. Budget) , 100% on schedule, Capital and special spending budgeting and reforecasting 100%, meet global timeline and target. Maintain effective cost reduction & control; implementation and administration of maintenance and engineering programs and schedules, safety initiatives, applicable on productivity and quality
Rich experiences in team development, and key talent retention; Well control and measure each site team size/team productivity, efficiency and effectiveness
职位要求
BS and above; Chemical or Mechanical Engineering major
10+ years MNC experiences with at least 8 years team leading experience
Dignity, Honest, and strong desire to drive excellent performance and result
Excellent communication skill, and team leading experience
10+ years experience in Engineering and Projects management
Strong Project Management Skills
Automated Filling Equipment Experience a plus
PLC and Control Systems experience a plus
Batch paint manufacturing experience a plus
Substantial experience with analyzing, solving, and implementing solutions to complex problems
Excellent verbal and written English
