-Modifying and upgrading the existing products for customization
-Development of new products and platforms to meet the increasing market needs
-Cost-saving by introducing different raw materials or optimizing existing formula compositions
-Evaluating new emerged raw materials and utilizing their advantages in product development and platform design
-Providing technical support to plant on critical manufacture quality issues
-Delivering field trouble-shootings and technical trainings
职位要求
-Master degree or above, major in polymer, materials, chemistry or related fields is required
-3+ years of industrial working experience.
-Emulsion synthesis experience and water borne coating working experience will be preferred.
-Spirt of collaboration for achievement.
-Considerable PC skills.
-Considerable written and oral communication skills.
-Ability to communicate in English in workplace, both written and oral.
