-Work closely with OEM sales team as technical support for trouble shooting, performance comparison and product promotion.
-Analyze data obtained from experimentation followed by comprehensive reports with valuable assessment, if necessary, to present observations, conclusions and recommendations to stake holders.
-Improve existing formulations/technologies such as cleaner and conversion coating (passivation), to support our business growth strategy.
-Provides technical guidance/training to sales engineers.
-Establish and maintain technical liaisons and working relationships with personnel at key customers, universities, industrial laboratories when necessary.
职位要求
-Master degree in Chemistry, Chemical engineering, materials science, -Mechanical Engineering or related.
-3+ years of industrial working experience.
-Hands on experience on coatings or OEM/AC paint shop.
-Experience of pretreatment is highly desired.
-Spirt of collaboration for achievement.
-Considerable PC skills.
-Considerable written and oral communication skills.
-Ability to communicate in English in workplace, both written and oral.
