• Provide administrative support to department, management group or executive on the Regional Leadership Team; • Calendar management, make appointments, answer phones, make travel arrangements, file maintenance, maintain and order office supplies and equipment, process mail, copy, schedule and plan meetings (meeting room, flip charts etc.) and process expense reports; • Have substantial understand of the job, and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks; • Normally receive little instruction on daily work, general instruction on newly introduced assignments (generally of a critical or confidential nature); • Handle highly confidential topics / e-mails / calls in a compliant way with sensitivity; • Support other internal or external business tasks and projects upon request; • Ensure an efficient and compliant execution of administrative tasks (a key coordinator for local activities (organized by office management, Government, etc.), support international visitors for their travel arrangements, general support, etc.).
• Bachelor university degree, 3 years similar experience required; • High potential, fast learning, proactive and positive; • Good PPT and Excel data processing skills; • Excellent spoken and written English; • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple tasks; • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality; • Ability to prioritize a multi workload and work effectively; • Well organized with a keen eye for detail and think result-orientated; • Strong communication and coordination.
