- Manage NPD projects through the NPD Gate process to meet the Market Requirement Specification (MRS).  Set an ambitious project timeline and lead the team to achieve it.
- Manage Product Modification and Product Cost Reduction projects through the respective Gate Process.  Deliver the projects on time to meet the market requirements.
- Conduct post-launch reviews to register achievement of set objectives and reach the stable production stage.
- Estimate the project budget, process budget approval, closely monitor the spending, and execute the project within the approved budget.
- Upload important project information and gate review files on AP PRM SharePoint.
- Form, lead and motivate the project teams.  Draw help from global resources where necessary.
- Anticipate risks in project execution, continuously monitor them and take effective mitigation actions.
- Conduct Gate Reviews to present the progress of the project and get approval to progress to the next stage.  Conduct intermediate reviews as necessary. 
- Represent Asia Pacific for the assigned projects in the Global NPD and Cost Reduction project meetings.
