Follow-up for each project of business - Build-up financial framework for new projects - Provide recommendation during the project bidding, implementation on business activities, such as bidding documents and contracts /agreements. - Work with Project Management and Maintain the project control and organize project review to monitor each key project. - Assist in annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation. - Advise management team on the possible financial consequences of all proposed courses of actions - Monitor key performance indicators of projects and provide the monthly/quarterly/yearly estimation and report for order, sales, profit and cash flow. - Implement internal control procedures, which are consistent with company policies and benefit. - Cooperate closely with all departments to achieve the company target - Finish other tasks relevant to this position
- Bachelor Degree - Major: Finance, Accounting or related major - Good written and spoken English - Familiar with tax regulations and accounting standards in the PRC - Familiar with PC operation, especially Excel ,knowledge and experience of SAP - About 5 years related experience in financial internal control and minimum 3 years as project controller of a similar team for project business. - Solid Accounting and Finance Skills - work under pressure with deadlines - Cross department cooperation - High level of integrity and strong initiative - Excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of internal controls - Strong business acumen and the ability to transfer the needs of the core business function into financial solutions - Accounting related certificates will be a plus. - Excellent communication skills - High responsibility and reliability - Quick response and efficient working style - Ability to work independently - Decision maker - Team work spirit
