- Responsible for delivering daily recruitment service and pipeline development efforts for assigned sector. He/she must have demonstrated competency to be an effective individual contributor to support Recruitment Manager and provide professional recruitment service to business manager /HR Business Partner independently. - Support Recruitment Manager to execute recruiting strategy, policies, protocols and procedures. - Partner with business manager/HR Business Partner to drive an efficient and effective recruitment processes in result of successful fulfilment. - Support Recruitment Manager to build up a strong candidate pool and control recruitment cost to continuously improve the smooth operation of recruitment procedure and process. - Support recruitment manager to maintain, promote and develop effective recruitment channel and program in greater china Implement recruitment procedures as well as processes to assigned business unit in greater china, including selection techniques, assessment to identify right candidates for right position, i.e. new employees’ physical check arrangement, on board orientation procedure, new employees’ satisfaction survey; keep track of staffing probation, including office staff and operator recruitment. - Provide effective communication and training to team leaders and division/organizational staff on hiring planning, process, recruiting system etc. - Support on HRIS system such as e-recruiting function on Peoplesoft etc. - Support to participate in the whole process recruitment and achieve 100% fulfillment. - Be responsible for whole operation process of hiring. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or Human Resources or equivalent trade-off in related professional experience. - 5+ years of experience in recruitment. Ability to drive process and achieve recruitment targets. Ability to operate in a matrix organization. Headhunter experience is a plus. - Demonstrable collaboration skill with the customers (business HR managers / business leaders) and team coordination skills in One HR Team - Strong planning, communication, project management, problem solving and be able to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment. - Excellent command of Chinese and English. Good computer skills and knowledge
