1. Overall responsibility for effective and efficient management of Operations. 2. Responsible for the budget of the department. 3. Support, supervision and management of supervisors & coordinators for their daily operations activities. 4. Maintain a good working relationship and ensure regular communications between all departments within the Operations and with other departments like sales department, IT department, Finance department. 5. Responsibility for operational processes by defining clear requirements to enhance systems related to assistance and claims activity. 6. Responsibility for assistance process, case monitoring guidelines, AC performance metrics, and general service quality. 7. Responsibility for high customer satisfaction and compliance with contract standards. 8. Responsibility for implementation of new business, and liaise with supporting departments to distribute and monitor tasks. 9. Timely report to senior management about the OPS activity summary. 10. Member of the Management Committee.
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or business admistration, or related field. MBA is a plus. 2. 8 years + work experience in international rescue company or life insurance enterprise. 3. Strong team leadership and people management capability. 4. Good problem solving skill to handle tough issues. 5. Sound communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficient in English. 7. Teamwork, service oriented person.
