Implement Group P&R related projects, including but not limited to ESPP, LTI, Biz travel etc. by providing guideline, training & consultancy to Branch P&R Plan, design / optimize and communicate P&R initiatives including recognition programs, Group Insurance Plan and benefits related issues to strengthen employee value proposition Contribute to design, review and implement total rewards communication strategy to enhance employee understanding and appreciation Keeps abreast of all P&R related laws and regulations, research impact of legislative changes on organization, and assure all of it is up-to-date on pertinent legislative changes Coordinate with group office and vendors in Business Assignee cases Participate in ad hoc P&R projects as and when required
Education – Bachelor degree or above in HR management or related discipline Experience – At least 2 years relevant managerial experience in sizable multi-national corporations HR dept with specialization in reward & benefits management, and experience in consulting firm preferred Certification / Licenses – Sound knowledge of HR system, superior Microsoft office suite skills, and excellent written in English & Chinese, strong interpersonal and communication skills Special skills: Smart, creative thinking, drive for results, customer focus, managing diversity
