Participate in new product introduction. Be responsible for process design and FA. Create factory machine routings. Design all cutting tools, fixtures, roll and bar markers. Contact with outside contractors or vendors when needed and obtain the optimum in tools, parts, and service for the best cost. Create and maintain engineering information for various manufacturing processes (process cards, in-process prints, work instructions, etc.) Process cost estimate requests for sales department. Provide on-site technical support. Assist operations personnel with daily process & product problem solving. Strive to identify and correct the root cause of such problems instead of continuing to address the reoccurring issue. Monitor on-site process execution. Provide technical guidance to operations personnel. Measure projects to assure effectiveness during and after completion. Provide corrective action plans if projects are failing to perform as expected.
BS Degree in Polymer related major Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing process design Have experience in injection plastic or rubber industry Strong computer skills required to efficiently utilize Word, Excel, Power Point, and PM software. AutoCAD Release 14. Good command of English understanding both in writing and speaking Hard working, teamwork and strong communication skills
