1) To provide internal technical support (sales, purchasing, QA, assembly, spareparts, GAMM) for the machine building and revamping activities. 2) To provide technical support for customers (plants, R&D,…) regarding machine configuration, selection and development of process parts, machine modifications. 3) To develop and provide an in-depth understanding of assigned technology & competency domains and customer needs in these domains so it will allow us to define successfull contineous improvement and innovation projects to gain, maintain or improve our technological leadership in equipment. 4) To implement contineous improvements and breakthrough innovation in a consistent and sustainable way in our equipment through TQM, Development and R&D projects to ensure our technological leaderschip in equipment
Broad knowledge of and affinity with the mechanical and mechatronical engineering domain (components & systems, concepts, practices and procedures). Knowledge of CAD/CAE, SAP and other related engineering software. Strong analytical skills Pro-active, self-motivated and result oriented. Responsible, interactive teamplayer and leader. Strong communicator. Fluent in English communication both in spoken and written, technical and non-technical. At least 5 years working experience with master degree or 7 years working experience with bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
