Major Responsibilities: 1. Participate in Global QOS audit, and look across the audit findings to all AP plants, follow up the action plan from all AP plants 2. Leading AP QOS continuous improvement activity as the nature leader for all AP plants QS engineer. 3. Develop and follow AP region audit routing, drive improvement of QOS effectiveness(Include: LA audit, CQA/PSCC audit, quarterly QOS audit) 4. Lead the compliance review between global procedure and AP plants procedure. 5.Support AP plants to maintain ISO/TS certification and transition to IATF 16949 6. Support plant QS team for internal and customer audit. 7. Support global QS team for the change of “process approach”. 8. Organize QOS best practice sharing between AP plants 9. Lead AP EQMS lauching
Qualification: 1. Bachelor Degree. 2. 8 year work experience in quality function, and 3 year experience in quality system. 3. Be familiar with IATF 16949 requirement. Understand CSR, such as Ford, GM, SGMW, BMW etc. customer Specific requirement. 4. Able to show good communication and influence in cross function team members. 5. Good English both in written and oral. 6. Black belt is preferred.
