1、Cost control: validate the production costs by using the different valuation methods (standard cost, direct cost). 2、Reporting and budgeting: Prepare the monthly activity reports together with Finance controller and Accounting team. 3、Advice and support CFO and management. 4、Write and maintain costing procedure and arrange full back-up for real-time operation.
1、Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting or Finance or equivalent experience. 2、Minimum 5 years’ experience within finance functions with at least 3 years in Plant controlling. 3、Strong interpersonal, cross-cultural, communications skills with a collaborative, influential and innovative style. 4、Performance and results-driven mindset; sets high standards for self and others, delivers promised results on time; and makes timely decisions with sound judgment. 5、Strong strategic, analytical and decision-making skills. 6、Relationship building and influencing skills. 7、Ability to working in a fast-paced working environment managing multiple tasks.
