Main responsibilities:
• Enhance/Build up a strong, qualified Company PS organization in the Region to provide lean expert know-how to x-functions, plants. Lead and coordinate Company PS Region Team. Foster continuous know-how transfer and build-up of Lean expertise.
• Ensure priorities cross-plants Company PS activities, support and resource sharing
• Ensuring Company PS method box is reflecting Region business needs, its sustainable roll out/ adherence and sufficiently qualified Company PS resources / cross-functions are available across the company
• Ensure and track key CIS projects and pipeline of projects
• Ensure collaboration between plants and x-function in own Region.
• Monitor lean implementation progress in Region and validate effectiveness of needed actions
• Drive and implement Company Production System strategy in Region, including coordination and optimization (Lean Indirect) of x-functions
• Lead lean expert know-how and foster knowledge transfer/best practice sharing to all hierarchy levels in x-functions and plants
• Supports Company PS Lead in plant in his qualification and complex/Advanced Method Company PS workshops/projects for transformation towards Operational Excellence.
• Coaches and guides Plant Management team in Workshops, Projects and Lean Evaluation aspects to Lean philosophy

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
• Profound knowledge & experience of Production System / Lean Manufacturing concepts and methods
• Excellent comprehension and understanding of products & manufacturing processes of the product line/ region
• Strong leadership skills in the matrix with team spirit, Coaching skills on management level
• Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problem, to present topics, to run project and building teams, Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Robust network within Product Line/Region and Divisions, Familiar with manufacturing processes and production methods
• Very good oral and written communication skills and fluent in English
