- Sort out and update HSE related regulations and rules from government, take actions to meet all applicable requirements.
- Setup HSE training plan, prepare training materials, conduct the training timely;
- Identify and assess hidden danger, reduce/eliminate HSE risk (including security);
- Apply the related special licenses, manage licenses, timely update the licenses and documents;
- Deal with the hazardous/solid waste;
- Analyze the root cause of HSE accidents and follow up correction/improvement action;
- Conduct the regular propaganda and HSE knowledge sharing to promote the HSE culture;
- Manage the fire-fighting system, organize the maintenance work and emergency plan drill;
- Do the inspection and conduct the HSE management in workshop and office area.
- Participate in HSE audit
- Be the industrial hygiene program participant, follow up IH initiative.
- Communicate and coordinate with related departments to make sure the HSE procedures, instructions and regulations are implemented;
- Typically handle non-routine and difficult inquiries, develops solutions for interrelated and complicated problems, and resolves issues and conflicts to stick to the company target.
职位要求
- Bachelor's degree; Major in Environment Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related major
- About 5-10 years working experience in HSE program management in multinational manufacturing companies
- Solid knowledge and background on process, manufacturing, equipment and related technology
- Good understanding and knowledge of HSE related Systems;
- Good written and spoken English
- Familiar with HSE management systems and regulations
- Certified Safety Engineer is necessary
- Strong ability in accident investigation and preventive actions tracking
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead change management, ability to relate to across section of employees from workshop personnel to senior management, as well as external officer
- Quick response and efficient working style
