- Workforce Planning: Analyze and provide guidance on current organizational state and future requirements. Craft and revise role profiles to facilitate business planning - Recruitment: Direct outreach through recruitment portals and own recruitment network for the hiring of critical roles. Ensure a conscious, deliberate approach to attract and retain top talents - Organizational Development: Build up programs to ensure employees' training needs and growth aspirations are met - Compensation and Benefits: Review payroll expenses and employee’s benefits plan - Work with Immigration attorney on H1-B visa and green card filing for US employees - Monitors and ensure the organizations compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices
