- Draw up the recruitment plans and conduct the search; - Oversee payroll and benefits implementation and administration in North American Region, ensure payroll delivery in accordance with labor law, the Collective Labor Agreement and internal management rules; - Draft and sign work proposals and contracts, integrate new employees on site; - Apply social regulations by integrating social legislation and internal management rules with the permanent aim of optimizing HR processes and of developing HR management skills; - Guarantee compliance with ethical and moral codes, in line with Group values; - Manage administrative and legal matters associated with occupational accidents and illness; - Design and deliver trainings to the staff; - Employee relations.
- Bachelor degree as minimum requirement with at least 8 years of HR experience gaining from finance services, energy/utility or electronic devices industry; - Sound knowledge of US and Texas State employment laws; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Problem solving skills & result-oriented; - Fluent in English and Mandarin.
