职位介绍

- Draw up the recruitment plans and conduct the search;
- Oversee payroll and benefits implementation and administration in North American Region, ensure payroll delivery in accordance with labor law, the Collective Labor Agreement and internal management rules;
- Draft and sign work proposals and contracts, integrate new employees on site;
- Apply social regulations by integrating social legislation and internal management rules with the permanent aim of optimizing HR processes and of developing HR management skills;
- Guarantee compliance with ethical and moral codes, in line with Group values;
- Manage administrative and legal matters associated with occupational accidents and illness;
- Design and deliver trainings to the staff;
- Employee relations.
