职位介绍
- Company Strategy:
1) Support on multiple internal and external project managements (take PMO role case by case) and provide periodic project progress review in details;
2) Take lead role on task-based meeting organization, team discussion;
3) Support to track all function & division key initiatives, milestones and KPIs/results; formulate regional strategy plans and key initiatives;
4) Partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure the implementation of aligned tasks and initiatives;
- Process management:
1) Support to develop meeting templates and presentation materials;
2) Support to coordinate project / planning calendar and agenda;
3) Support to generate meeting minutes and govern follow-up steps;
- Miscellaneous:
1) Participate in business development, interlinking with business team and M&A;
2) Contribute to external activities (reach & relevance activities) and other.
职位要求
- Experience in a strategy consulting firm or in a strategic planning function is a strong plus.
- Financial knowledge: financial diagnosis, modeling, business case
- Experience in project management;
- Highly intelligent, driven and articulate;
- Strong critical thinking, highly analytical and adept in problem solving;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Professional proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent in business English; German as a plus.
