- Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to pre-onboarding
- Be a true Talent Partner to your respective business line(s) - not just execute, but consult, advice, coach, etc. Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process.
- Evaluate candidate fit by engaging both technical and behavioral interviewing technique to identify exceptional ability.
- Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives including campus hiring, talent mapping, etc.
- Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners
- Timely updates to the business on recruiting efforts and not limited to written or verbal presentation on project status and candidate reviews with senior and executive leadership
职位要求
- At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Strong attention to details, problem solving, data analytics and reporting skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with consultative qualities, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders internally and externally
- Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Result - driven, Strong teamwork ethics
- Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques
- Good at English in written and speaking.
