- Look for improvement opportunities and apply the right strategy from design till implementation of the compensation benefit programs, policies to address the company’s business needs and ensure the talent attraction and retention - Review salary structure and other compensation programs to ensure the compliance and external competitiveness based on the well understanding of the market trend and regulation change - Managing Incentive Plan to ensure the proper accrual, payout and communication - Manage the annual salary planning cycle, develop the country guideline and support each site for communication and implementation - Managing all benefit programs i to ensure the compliance and competitiveness - Responsible for the long-term incentive management - Provide the expert suggestion based on the deep analysis from the C&B area to support the management decision, including but not limited to the C&B integration proposal and analysis - Managing the C&B daily operation, including offer and continuously optimize the process to ensure the efficiency
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline with minimum 8 years of C&B experience - Knowledge of regulations and trends of compensation & benefits especially in USA, Singapore and HK - Knowledge and experiences in management and development of base salary, variable pay and benefit programs - Strong analytical capability on total compensation and benefits - Ability to gather, analysis and draw well-reasoned conclusion - Excellent skills in managing the daily operation, Strong process mindset - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
