- Demand planning, based on forecast from sales & marketing. - Capacity planning of own produced products. - Material planning based on production/ demand planning. - Monitor forecast accuracy - Inventory management - Coordinate with other departments - Cooperate with group SCM regarding reporting, forecasting, inventory management - Coordinate with group SCM management on global projects. - Coordinate with Taiwan subsidiary - Continuous improvement of processes to achieve the most flexible supply chain.
- Bachelor degree or above in Operations/Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field. - SCM working experience in an international Manufacture &Trading company for at least 8 years. Consumer goods industry will be a plus. - Leadership experience for at least 5 years. - Experience with SAP. - Well-developed communication, presentation skills and time management skills.
