• Directs and coordinates the activities of employees engaged in production from cutting to finishing, manages the units of Cutting, Stamping, IE, Mechanics and Finishing. • Plans and establishes work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet production targets/goals. • Oversees the calculation of labor and equipment requirements and production specifications, using standard formulas. • Determines standards, production and rates based on company policy, equipment and labor availability and workload. • Reviews operations and accounting records or reports to determine the feasibility of production estimates and evaluate current production. • Confers with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints and grievances.
• Bachelor graduate or above; • 10 years or above working experience in mechanical manufacturing industry with MNCs; • Familiar with furniture related industry. • Knowledge in LEAN Manufacturing; • With strong interpersonal and communicational skills; • With good oral and written English communication and presentation skills; • Computer literate.
