Responsible for reviewing, drafting and modifying a full range of supplier and customer contracts including amending, renewing and terminating such contracts when required Identifies commercial, operational and legal risks and advises how to resolve, mitigate or manage those risks and provide guidance and advice To lead contract negotiations with customers and suppliers Responsible for the full process of seeking approval, proper execution and managing a database of executed contracts using the electronic contract management tool Responsible for advocate and implement corporate guild line for contracting policy and approval matrix, improve supplier and customer contract templates, and risk analysis form To conduct contracts training for Sales, Marketing and Operations personnel
Diploma/Degree in Law or equivalent At least 4 years prior experience in contracts management Work experience in multinational organization preferred Good negotiation and problem-solving skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frame English fluency required, ability to review, draft and negotiate a contract in English
