职位介绍
Develop sourcing organization and build up strategy procurement system. Aligning with the
overall business objectives and cost saving targets.
Develop a qualified supplier base; supervise suppli er performance & continuously
improvement. Build and maintain strong, long term agreement with key suppliers.
Evaluate organization performance & benchmark the organization development.
Lead and manage sourcing teams at each of the locations, providing gui dance, training, and
performance tracking
职位要求
Bachelor’s in engineering or mechanical engineering, MBA is preferred.
5-10 years’ experience in a procurement organization.
3-5 years experience in managerial position.
Excellent written and sp oken English is a must
Solid negotiation skills and effective communication skills internally and externally
High standard of ethics and honesty
Must be willing to travel frequently.
