职位介绍
• Main Objectives: Actively driving and managing the sales and project management process for China customers with good skills in commercial mindset to promote business growing to achieve target both on volume and margin; working in close cooperation with the European Sales/Technical Customer Service team in the HQ in Germany and R&D team in France, as the key contact window and product advocate for business driving system. Relationship building, new customer development, regular customer visits/contact and process systematic report on regular basis, customer service provider for order input/creation in SAP, production planning follow-up, products call-off and shipment monitor as well as payment/overdue collection.
• Sales and project management for imported décor business: Be responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations; Presenting the products to customers and at field events such as conferences, exhibitions etc. Responding to and understand functional and technical elements of base paper, followed by quotations and any other issues related to business. Conveying customer requirements to overseas product management and teams and presenting on regular monthly review meeting with counterparts together.
• Customer and market analysis, analysis of factors influencing the business environment, particular in competitors’ information and actions for domestic market.
