Purpose of the Job: Overall management of all legal entities in North Asia including production sites to achieve successfully growth and profit targets set with Management for the region. The region consists of China, HK, Taiwan, Japan and Korea. Set the right strategies with all business teams to develop our business and new business to ensure long term growth of the region.
Requirements: - Management/Bachelor of Engineering from a reputed collage in North Asia region. - Minimum 15 years of experience in related industry with sales and marketing experience in Fine chemicals - Minimum 10 years’ experience in leadership position managing multiple functions -Sales/ Business Development / SCM /Production /Procurement/Finance & HR with similar kind of business size with international experience. - High level of Customer Orientation & ability to lead the cross functional Team - A strategic thinker with good decision making & people management skills
