* Reporting to the JV Board of Directors * Implementing the company´s strategy, values and culture * Achieving the financial targets set up for the company and fulfilling the budgets approved by the Board of Directors * Presiding over the production and operational management work of the JV * Implementation of the resolution of the Board of Directors and the delivery of key performance targets * Effectively promote solutions in China and develop extensive customer network * Build and lead a strong team and align them towards company’s goals * Representing the company as required, including attendance at important functions, industry events and public meetings * Allocating resources within the delegation of authority and according to the company’s priorities * Overseeing quality control throughout the company * Supporting project financing
Qualifications: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese * Proven management and leadership skills * Good knowledge and relevant experience from the chemical or related industry * Experience in developing/closing contracts for large chemical projects * Experience in working both in China and English speaking countries preferred * Interest and enthusiasm in environmental technologies * Willingness to take on challenges in promoting new technology and the development of a new market * Minimum ten-year relevant work experience required
