As an internal solution supplier, Support MA director and HRBP in organizational development including but not limited to: 1. Diagnose potential organizational problem areas and support to overcome. 2. Develop or coordinate with professionalist / stakeholders to provide effective and systematic solution to fulfill the needs in culture change, mindset change, team integeration, talent development etc. 3. Manage investment and resource, lead the implementation of yearly L&D action plan and keep alignment with stakeholders in ROI (MA Director and HRBP, APAC TM head, APAC HRD) As an internal consultant and solution supplier, work with HRBP, MA Director on the competency development short, mid and long term: 1. Support to build up and update the competency module fitting to the business development 2. Build up learning roadmap or course catagory as a guideline to competency gap analysis and development actions. 3. Execute the development activities via internal resource or external resource. If necessary be able to design and deliver workshops. 4. Implement the development activities centralized or initiatied from APAC or Group level. As the project coordinator in MA, work with TM head-APAC and HRBP-MA to build up HR system/process/tool/policy/data management platform etc.in a glocal approach, including but not limited to: 1. launch and maintain the HR common language in MA: P&O, PDI, LMS etc 2. Monitor and manage the database of TM in MA, eg. file formatting, training history, reporting.
• Extensive knowledge of Human resource practices focusing: * Training management (needs analysis, impact evaluation, program design, system/tool design, TTT, facilitation) * Talend development(competency module setup, org./JD/structuring, talent identification / assessment / development) * Performance management
