Overlook the finance management of the Off-Highway BU in China (including its plants). Prepare and submit financial and operational analysis and report to support the management’s decision making. Ensure the high reliability and timely delivery of financial information. Initiate strategic proposals for business growth, productivity and profitability improvement, and support the Off-Highway business growth in the region. • Review the financial/operational analysis and reporting from manufacturing plants of Off-Highway BU in China, e.g monthly/quarterly financial/operational review and forecast. • Prepare and consolidate budget and business plan for the manufacturing plants of Off-Highway BU China; coordinate and consolidate the business plan of other BU’s plants of the Industrial Division in China. • Provide general support to all finance / accounting functions for the manufacturing entities in the region (all Industrial Division plants). • Strategic analysis such as for quotation, pricing give back, VAVE proposals, material productivity, CIS & lean manufacturing opportunities assessment and target proposal. Support the business leaders to follow up the execution of operational improvement activities. • Ad-hoc projects for business development, including merge, divestiture, acquisition and any other business changes. • Support the business units for internal control and risk management. • Evaluate the P & L performance of the manufacturing plants within the region. Provide effective operational analysis and strategic recommendation for the senior management of AP and ZF Corp in order to aggressively pursue profitable growth opportunities within the region.
At least 12 years accounting/ finance working experience including at least 6 years of management experience. Background in manufacturing enterprises is a must. Experience in large distribution organizations and/or accounting firms is preferred. At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Engineering, CPA/CMA or MBA preferred Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English Not mandatory (would be a plus) MS office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
